Homework

Math: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Reading/Spelling: Purple contract due Monday.


Upcoming Dates

Thursday, March 25th- Rock Assembly. This is a great opportunity for students to investigate the different rocks of Utah.

Thursday, April 8th- Science Fair. Your child may pick up a packet from the office if they are interested in participating.


Please remind your child to wear appropriate footwear for P.E. We do have P.E. every other Monday so it would be a good idea to wear the correct shoes every Monday and Wednesday to be safe.



This Week

We will be starting a unit on creative writing. Students will be writing a fictional story on a rock process. I look forward to seeing what they create.

In math we are finishing up our area unit. We will take the test on Wednesday. Look for the review coming home on Tuesday night to help prepare for the test.

This is our last week on rocks in science. We will be comparing sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic rocks. Our test will be on Thursday.
