Math: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Reading/Spelling: I am sending home a purple contract that will be due after Spring Break.


Dates



This week- Dr. Seuss Week. Tuesday-Bookmark Day. Students will decorate a bookmark. Wednesday-Read-a-thon. Students may wear their pajamas and bring their pillows and a blanket. Thursday-Crazy sock or slipper day. Friday-come and read with your child. You may bring your own books and pillows (10:00-10:30).

Thursday-Picture Day.

March 8th-12th- Spring Break.




This Week

We are finishing up research reports on Utah’s animals. Students will begin an exercise program called Steps Express. Students will keep track of their exercise minutes and will be rewarded for staying fit. We are starting a rocks and minerals unit. Students will explore the properties of the rocks in Utah.
