Homework
Math: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Reading and Spelling: Please fill out the purple contract for both reading and spelling and turn it in next Monday.
Dates
This Week: School releases at 1:15 p.m. each day this week. Please contact me if you do not remember your conference time this week. I look forward to meeting with you to talk about your child’s progress. Students are NOT required to come to this conference. I will be discussing your child’s strengths and areas for improvement.
Friday, November 20th: Jubilee of Trees. We will have a field trip from 9:30 until 11:30. Please return the permission slip.
This Week
We will have a math test on Tuesday reviewing elapsed time and interpreting schedules. A review will be coming home tonight for homework. Our next unit will focus on geometry and exploring perimeter.
We will have spelling this week. Thank you for having your child sit down and practice his or her spelling words at home. We will also have a vocabulary test on Friday.
